Sunrise Serenity & Cultural Return

Wake up to the haunting call of the African Fish Eagle and a spectacular sunrise over the Chala hills.

Morning Activities: After a hearty breakfast, head back down to the water for an hour of kayaking. The stillness of the morning is the perfect time to spot dik-diks and monitors near the shore.

The Return: We pack up and begin our return journey. For those wanting a challenge, we can cycle a different route through the highland foothills. Alternatively, our support vehicle is available for a relaxing drive back to Moshi or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO).

Beyond your tour price, be aware of:

WMA Fees: Visitors must pay a Wildlife Management Area (WMA) fee at the barrier before entering the Chala area.
