We took a day trip with some of our staff to an awesome little oasis way out in the desert here in Northern Tanzania (between Arusha & Moshi). It was an amazing time having fun together and teaching some of them to swing into the gorgeous water even though most of them aren’t swimmers — they’re brave!! Oh, and it happened to be my 30th birthday which made it even more special
